This project focused on laying the groundwork for an automated cold storage warehouse simulation. Participants defined project constraints, identified key performance indicators (KPIs), developed initial warehouse layout concepts, and created a Python-based framework to support future optimization and simulation work. The project established a strong technical and analytical foundation for continued development.
